Welcome to LivingWell Nutrition LLC ("LivingWell," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the nutrition coaching services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

Information on this website and within our programs is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in our coaching constitutes medical advice or creates a doctor-patient relationship.

Services

We offer one-on-one nutrition coaching, functional lab testing facilitation, group programs, and educational content. Specific deliverables, schedules, and inclusions for each program are described on our Work with me page and finalized in your client agreement.

Booking, payment, and refunds

• Payment terms are outlined at the time of enrollment. Programs may be paid in full or via approved installment plans.
• By enrolling, you commit to the full program term and price regardless of how many sessions you attend.
• Discovery calls are complimentary and carry no obligation.
• Refunds are not offered for completed sessions, lab tests that have been ordered, or programs that have begun. Specific refund and cancellation policies are detailed in your client agreement.
• Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion.

Lab testing

Lab testing is ordered through third-party labs. Once a test kit is shipped or processed, it is non-refundable. Lab interpretation is part of your coaching program; results are educational and used to guide your nutrition protocol, not to diagnose disease.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your health, history, and goals.
• Communicate openly with us and notify us of any significant health changes.
• Consult your physician before starting any recommendations, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
• Understand that results vary and depend on consistency, individual physiology, and many factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our programs — including text, images, protocols, handouts, recipes, videos, and educational materials — is the property of LivingWell Nutrition LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our materials without written permission. Program materials are licensed for your personal use only.

Confidentiality

We treat your personal and health information as confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results will meet your expectations, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific health outcome will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivingWell Nutrition LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
