  • 30-min coaching calls — Weekly calls in months 1 and 2. Biweekly calls in months 3 and 4. Adjustments, troubleshooting, accountability.

75-min intake. Initial protocol. Labs ordered with your approval. 60-min lab review once results are in. Plus 2 additional check in sessions.
